This procedure contains the following tests whose Test Uncertainty Ratio

are less than 4:1. In order to improve this, we use 8508A to characterize

the 5520A in advance for some specified test points whose TUR is lower than

3.5:1. Here is list of TUR before (TUR1) and after characterization (TUR2).
