Quick and easy steps to review the diagnostic report

Export report to PDF

Once you decide that a fault requires review, select the Export to PDF button from the View Diagnosis screen.

Use the PDF report as a inal review of the results: conirm the data is valid, review the results, and then send the

PDF report via email to the managers and planners to make up a work order to repair the machine.

STEP

Review the summary (front page of the report)

Were the correct locations measured?

Any missing?

Is the maximum peak good?
Other factors?

Is the machine speed good?
Wrong speed?

Is the overall vibration good?
Other factors?

Is the diagnosis good?
Fault, severity, recommendation?

STEP

Check the machine setup (last page of the report)

Does the machine speed match nameplate speed?

If VFD is Yes, was VFD level checked and new
speed entered?

Does 1X RPM on the report match the setup speed?
Is the machine speed good? Wrong speed?

Is the machine setup correct? Is anything
missing?

If you ind the setup is wrong or missing informa-

tion, then ix the setup and measure again.
